Ticket Cancellation
You can cancel your ticket within 48 hours of purchase, provided the event date is still more than 7 days away. Beyond this window, cancellation requests will not be entertained due to logistic and planning constraints.

Refund Eligibility

• Cancellations made within the eligible window will be refunded after a deduction of a 10% processing fee.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

• No refunds will be granted for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets purchased under promotional or heavily discounted rates (e.g., 80% off) are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation or major changes initiated by the organizer.

Event Cancellation/Postponement
If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be given the choice of:

• A full refund

• Credit towards a future event

• Attending the rescheduled event

Transfer of Tickets
If you are unable to attend, you may request a name change or transfer of your ticket to another individual up to 3 days before the event, by emailing us at [email protected].
