We Women Want organizes physical and virtual events that aim to educate, inspire, and empower women. Since we sell digital tickets, our shipping policy is tailored to deliver your access details quickly and securely.

 

Digital Ticket Delivery
All tickets purchased through wewomenwant.com are delivered digitally via email. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successful, your e-ticket and confirmation receipt will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

 

Delivery Timeline
Tickets are delivered within 1–10 minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive your ticket in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. In case it still does not arrive, contact our support team immediately.

 

No Physical Shipping Required
As our events are either virtual or involve on-site registration with digital tickets, there is no physical product to be shipped. Therefore, we do not charge or include shipping fees.

 

Email Accuracy
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct email address at the time of booking. We are not liable for tickets sent to the wrong email due to input errors. You can reach out to us for assistance with corrections.

 

Event Access Instructions
Along with your e-ticket, you will receive detailed instructions for accessing the event – including date, time, venue (for offline events), or login credentials and links (for virtual events). Please retain this email and follow all instructions for seamless entry.

 

Ticket Reissue Policy
If your digital ticket is lost or not received, you may request a duplicate ticket via email with proof of payment. We reserve the right to verify your identity before reissuing the ticket.
